These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of storage services provided by Affordable Storage & More (“we,” “our,” or “us”) in Geneva, OH. By renting a storage unit or using our services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Agreement

Each storage unit is rented on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.

Rental begins on the date specified in your reservation or move-in form.

Payment is due in advance for the rental period.

2. Payment and Fees

Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or approved online payment methods.

Late payments may incur additional fees, and units may be subject to lien or auction in accordance with Ohio law.

Taxes, fees, and any other applicable charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

3. Use of Storage Units

Storage units are for non-hazardous, legal items only. Prohibited items include explosives, flammable materials, perishable goods, and illegal substances.

You may not sublease or transfer your unit to another party without our written consent.

4. Access and Security

Units are accessible during posted business hours unless otherwise arranged.

You are responsible for keeping your access code or key secure.

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by lost or shared access credentials.

5. Liability and Insurance

Affordable Storage & More is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of your stored items.

We strongly recommend that you obtain insurance coverage for your belongings.

Units are monitored and secured, but we cannot guarantee complete protection against all risks.

6. Termination and Default

We reserve the right to terminate your rental for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, items may be subject to removal or lien in accordance with Ohio law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the most recent update.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ashtabula County, Ohio.
